URBAN KISTA is a cityplan to drasticly densify Kista and tight together the office and residential part of Kista.

The new city plan consists of 2.2 million added GFA. distributed on 11 500 new apartments and villas, 40000 new office spaces, and commercial areas. The new built environment consists out of highrises, 4-5 floors high buildings around the main roads, and small townhouses in the center of the areas. By adding a lot of different scales in the same area I hope to create a high and pulsating urban density while also creating an urban fabric enriched with many different types of streets and life.
